The cancellation policy gives me the time to inform clients on my waitlist of any availability and keeps my diary filled.  I aim to continuously provide you with an excellent level of service.

Dear Client,

I value your appointments. They are reserved especially for you and, while I understand that sometimes plans change, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to attend or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

I will confirm your appointment via email 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked a while ago. However, if I’m unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment so to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Subsequently the appointments are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 48 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

  • 48 hours’ or more notice, No cancellation fee.

  • 48-24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% of the reserved treatment amount.

  • Less than 24hours’ notice or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full reserved treatment amount.
